2010 Day Camp Registration

Join Harbor Light's Children's Ministries Department for 5 days of fun and games. We plan to take two fieldtrips each day camp. Field trips are planned and confirmed the month before each camp. Typical field trips include Chuck E. Cheeses in San Jose, Pump-it-up in Union City, bowling, miniature golf, etc. Click here to find out what the field trips are for the next day camp.

Pay by check: You may print out a registration form at home and drop it off with a picture of your child(ren) and your payment (made out to Harbor Light) in the Business Office slot which is open 24/7, or you may mail it to Harbor Light Church, Attention: Children's Ministries, 4760 Thornton Avenue, Fremont, CA  94536.

I understand that my registration is not complete until I print and fill out the waiver for Pump-It-Up and will mail it in or drop it off in the business office drop box by April 1, 2010.

The two field trips for Awesome April are Chuck E. Cheeses in San Jose on Tuesday, 4/6, and Pump-It-Up in Union City on Thursday, 4/8. Click here to print out the Pump-It-Up waiver.
