Spiritual Fitness

Most of us wish we were in better physical shape, but how often do we think about spiritual conditioning? The Bible says, "Physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come." (1 Timothy 4.8 NIV) Beginning March 30, we will focus on six spiritual exercises that strengthen our faith: prayer, fasting, study, service, solitude, celebration.
