Celebrate Recovery

This tried and proven recovery program is based on the 8 beatitudes of the Bible and the Christian 12 steps. It's a safe place for people to find freedom from issues controlling our lives like:

  • Growing up in family dysfunction

  • Past physical, sexual, or emotional abuse

  • Addictions like drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling, food, or anything else we idolize

  • Emotional hang-ups like anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem

  • Anything that causes you shame, guilt, despair, depression, anger, or pain

Join us each Friday at 7 pm in the Y-Bldg as we begin with worship music, followed by a testimony or a teaching. Then, men and women break up into small groups to share our struggles, strength, and hope.

Last Fridays of each month there's a BBQ for all ages at 6 pm.

7 pm General Meeting for men and women is followed by the following choices of small groups at 8 pm:

Men: Men's A-Z Group (General Issues), Men's Chemical Group (anything ingested), Men's Sexual Addiction.

Women: Women's A-Z Group (General Issues), Women's Abuse Group (Physical, Sexual, Emotional), Women's Codependency (Codependency, Fear, Control)  *On February 14, 2025 we will be adding Women's Chemical Group.

Youth Aged 12-17: We have The Landing available to provide a safe place for our junior and senior high school students to process life and the struggles that accompany it, provide tools to help them live emotionally and spiritually healthy lives, and point them toward the freedom found in Jesus Christ. Meet us in the River at 7 pm on Fridays.

Childcare Aged 0-11: Bring your child(ren) to the Y-Bldg by 6:50 pm and we'll show you the way! Provided is Celebration Place for children aged 5-11 with a Christ-centered curriculum mirroring the lessons taught in General Meetings for adults. The Celebration Place ministry is to help children experience the love of Jesus as they learn how to love themselves and others while they grow in their relationship with God.

We all experience brokenness from our hurts, hang-ups, and habits, but we can find freedom in Christ when we allow His power to change us!
